Okay, this is probably missing something obvious. I'm trying to get a a web hosted through Nginx Proxy Manager, specifically through CasaOS. Thing is, I got a proxy host set up (and modified my hosts file so I could test it), but when I go to the domain, I get "502 Bad Gateway".

I'm pretty sure I overlooked something obvious, but what?
