My new macbook (That I was gifted) is acting kinda strange, randomly resetting, trackpad not working and when I tried making a thread it sperged out or something and reset the timer to make the thread.

Its an MacBook Air, Apple M3, 15-inch, M3, 2024, 14.6.1 (23G93)
The fuck should I do? I don't want to trash it since it was a gift.
