Ok, so I'm looking for a word that defines a situation where you're talking to a person and they throw in vague interjections or statements but say them in the context of having already been said or done before, in addition to leaving details out to the point of being vague.
The closest I've gotten was 'unconstructive deliberation', but even then that isn't really a word or term describing what I'm looking for.
For example, when I talk to someone about a move, they tell me things about job offers or fees that I didn't know existed or made me aware of, but say them as though they already happened.
Usually, this goes through my mind: https://youtu.be/rMPiCxJ2Kyg?si=7k-y_sowbLgCTr41
But I don't know if it's a French thing or not but I can't help but get the feeling that I'm constantly being played underhandedly when talking to someone whose like this instead of a normal person who would tell me EVERYTHING they know to keep me on the up-and-up.
