What's the most accessible way to play ZZZ semi fluently?

I have both an old phone and an old gaming laptop, but the game is slow as heck in both.
Please tell me why or what device should I play it in?

What are you getting at? Are you planning to buy something? I wouldn't recommend going out and buying a PC for this game. I heard its repetitive and really easy. I played it on PC on its launch date and haven't touched the game again. Probably fun as some casual mobile game.

I heard Chinese phones are the best bang for your buck for mobile gaming. Your probably want to post your budget. I dont know too much about phones. Mainly just use mines for phone calls and casual stuff so I just got an iPhone. I used to own a cheapo Samsung phone but I had to buy a new one since 5g became the standard. I still prefer the UI customization options of Android phones.
