wondering if anyone has any idea to what this game i played as a kid is.

it was this 3D platformer for the PC that I would assume released sometime between 2000-2008 by the graphics though the date range could be a bit higher or lower

what made it unique was there were two playable characters each with different styles of levels, one of them you just played as a regular kid and this had much more precise and hard platforming levels

I remember one level where you play as the kid in particular where it was like a long narrow space in between two icebergs, being an ice theme and you had to make careful jumps to platforms on the water and could jump on and ride a boat temporarily

there was also a castle level with the kid where you had to avoid spikes

then there were the levels where you played as this green dragon, these typically took place on much more open fields and you had to go through checkpoints to beat the stage essentially being races.
