I'm from Europe and I want to selfhost my services I host on my Server. The problem is that my ISP gave me CGNAT which I cannot port forward anything. Getting a static ipv4 address there is only for Business plans which I refuse to pay more money on it. I had a idea to rent a cheap VPS and setting up wireguard on it.

So, I need a cheap VPS that it supports paysafecard payments. and also if possible, a cheap domain that also support paysafecard payments.
