How do I fix this shit. I was playing on hypixel and in the middle of a match my computer froze and went EEEEEE for about a second and now this is happening

I wouldn't even bother. I'd just buy a cheap wi-fi adapter that's usb as a replacement. Hopefully USB works fine.

But I guess you could try going into bios and see if something looks funky with that hardware in there.

Thanks for the vid, yeah this was the first idea I had since I could just tell when it first happened that it seemed like an internal issue. Would you know how playing on a server couldve fried it though? Is this a known phenomenon?

Check bios to see if WiFi card was disabled
Check for a physical switch or a FN key that turns on/off WiFi. Typically a physical switch on the laptop or one of the F keys
Turn off airplane mode
Download latest drivers from lenovo for your laptop model
Uninstall and reinstall drivers with new ones downloaded
Last resort would be to buy new card or USB WiFi card

Very unlikely but I guess stray voltage or overheating might have damaged the card.

Yo bro its fixed and I have no idea how I did it. I went into the bios and couldnt find anything about the wifi card so literally all I did was disabled flip to boot since I found it annoying. Saved and exited and all the connections showed back up.

Probably a fault in the bios and changing settings and saving cleared it. My motherboard has an intermittent failing Bluetooth component and when it acts up only way to fix it is to remove the drivers, shutdown the system and restart. Could also be a corrupt or old install of windows causing the issue. You could try a sfc and dism scan to attempt to repair any issues with the window's install. That's never really helped me apart from fixing a small portion of the windows install, still worth a try
