(35x4)/16 cancels to 35/4, not 35/2, you absolute buffoon. you needed to slow the fuck down between that line and the previous. you would have saved yourself literally hours if you just wrote out every term in full instead of trying to cancel things as fast as possible

I'd say he needs to write things in order too. His working is a mess. Constant from the x expansion, then the first constant, then the constant from the y. Expand then group then simplify.
