Found this pretty large list of sources for Japanese professional/semiprofessional seiyuu ASMR on a forum. Handy list, good stuff. Mostly "anime voices" rather than casual Japanese, mind you. I'll shamelessly steal and copypaste it here with the original poster's comments to save you the hassle, so please forgive the repost.

https://www.youtube.com/@CANDYVOICEASMRExtremely high quality (and expensive without a discount) voice works. All done by mainstream seiyuu (Touyama Nao, Uesaka Sumire, Sakura Ayane, etc.). My favorite professional work of all time's gotta be this (

Nothing can beat Kayamommy's angelic voice. Ok, maybe Hayamin. I will fucking die while nutting nonstop if Hayamin does ASMR works.
They have 3 main series: Necogurashi, with 5 seasons, all top-notch works; Iyaden, 2 seasons, all top-notch works; Dead of Dead, 2 works, some weird shit that didn't really catch on lol. Last work was around 9 months ago.

https://www.youtube.com/@KADOKAWAanimeAll done by mainstream seiyuu. I haven't checked much of their works but it's mostly the same quality stuff pumped out by big companies. I mean it's KADOKAWA. I think half the works are promo for their anime/light novels.

https://www.youtube.com/@RaRoASMRI think half by mainstream seiyuu, half by eroge seiyuu (still professional, but not as mainstream). As can be seen from the name, the circle was first created mostly as a promotional project for the visual novel of the same name. But then they just rolled with it and now sell a new work like every 10 days. Damn. Haven't listened to a single work from them but my friend loves this circle.
