So I think I pressed a button.. I guess. Basically the frame rate is nonexistent. Videos are playing like power pointslides. The audio is fine, but the images keep freezing for like 10 seconds. There's no animation. It's just one image per 10 seconds or so.

Youtube shorts is fine. It's just the normal videos that got fucked

How to fix?
