Is my gmail permanently lost if I enter my pw, but google says they can't identify me? No phone or backup email in that gmail and my IP is dynamic, so it doesnt recognize me.

I had that happen to me with one account.
I just abandoned it, but tried again a couple years later, and they let me in.
Different IP, different browser, different OS, same location, same password, no 2FA or recovery email.
So it's possible to recover it, but you gotta wait a while for the automated system to let its guard down.
