To make a long story short, my computer got unremovable ransomware by the soviets, my router got hacked into and they found out my computer had TPM 1.0 and they bricked it. don't argue with me about this, this computer is unfixable. i tried to clear cmos and instead of get a russian deathscreen i got a permanent blackscreen forever.

this lead to a literal FBI investigation and out of court settlement with comcast corporate headquarters directly, so now all I have to live off of at the moment is a phone and a smart tv, and I did something smart, I bought a bluetooth keyboard for my phone so I can bang out my 150 wpm nonsense

so here's what I need to know. I used to use GIMP to make my OC, and I was wondering what the best equivalent of GIMP would be for android. I can't really afford adobe, but if there's something that's just a one time cheap payment for an app, I can deal with it. even a shit computer isn't in the budget right now, because i'd also need a gaming mouse and a new headset and some other shit

I've had to dump $2400 in my car this year, and I refuse to get a computer until windows 12 comes out. it was supposed to come out in April of this year and it got delayed.

Also, as a sidenote, steelseries said if i connected a bluetooth mouse to android, it would give me a cursor. have any of you actually tried this before? Because trying to make OC on a touchscreen, augh, that's going to be a pain in the ass
