One of my managers at work is repeatedly harassing me. Over the years many of my co-workers have told me that they have smelled alcohol on his breath at work and my company has a drug and alcohol policy that he violated but I can't prove it.

I know there are lots of websites that offer criminal background checks. Is there any that is reasonably priced, reliable one that would let me know if my boss has any DUI or other issues on his record to pay him back for harassing me?
