I'm looking for an episode of cops that i saw when i was a child. It had to be in the 90's or early 00's. The scene begins with a male cop pulling up to an already arrested female shoplifter who was placed in a "hogtie" by another female cop. When they put her in the patrol car she tries kicking out the window, begging to be released from the hogtie. When they sit her up the female cop says "You better behave or im going to put you back in the hogtie" or something to that effect.
