I have no idea of how demanding this task is. maybe it's very easy and quick, maybe it would take weeks.
If it's possible, I'd prefer it to be narrated by a deep, calm, gentlemanly voice with a British accent. but anything is fine of course.

i used calibre to convert the pdf to .txt and used piper to read the txt.
