I'm trying to figure out the best advanced video export settings specifically for 4chan webms, with a result that's smaller than its native resolution, fits well within the 4MB limit yet doesn't look like ass. Any advice/specs you'd recommend?

For testing, this webm has the following export settings:
- 1044x764
- 23.976 fps
- MPEG color range
- Progressive scan mode
- YADIF temporal + spatial
- Bilinear interpolation
