I had spectrum. It was good, but at&t was supposedly better on fiber. I did that.. but it's worse. Idk why.

What could be going on? The speed test shows at&t fiber is better, but all my devices are having issues. It's not horrible, but it's worse than when I was on spectrum.. but fiber is objectively better tech(?) so it makes no sense to me.
