What paid VPN service would you recommend for a small company? It can be with or without anti-virus, what matters the most is whether it actually works as intended and has good reviews.

I've heard on Reddit that TotalAV is scammy. And those services that often pay youtubers for advertising, like NordVPN or SurfShark give mixed feelings too. Not sure how much of it is true.
