I'm looking for the name of a video game. Either PS1 or PS2 era. I remember a beach/seaside town, and mountains to the west of the map. One level was infiltrating the castle/royal manor.

And one of the main characters was a waitress who wore a skimpy swimsuit/pirate like outfit. One of the mini games was you could take drinks with her and see which one would pass out first.

I thought maybe Dark Cloud at first (which is where the image is from) but I'm not sure that's it, as I can't find anything about the drinking game.

Also, totally weird detail: there was an old gaming magazine (GameInformer?) that would do screenshot caption contests. I distinctly remember one was the girl from this game in the ocean with debris around her, and the winning caption was "Hey look, a FedEx box...."
