I use it to extract just the Captions text out of a video into a text file. That gives an easily readable text of everything in the video without forcing me to spend a lot of time watching the video. Unlike YT-DLP, the 9XBUDDY also has a a bunch of unique video sites in its "Supported Sites" list that it can extract videos from. Ha, ha, I used the list of supported sites as a sort of recommended sites to visit list just to see what is out there. So, even if you don't end up using 9XBUDDY, you might as well look at their list of supported video sites as places to visit.
