"Fembrained" shounen is strange to me because shounen is a genre catered to young boys. Seinen with male adults. I think you're equating "shounen" and "seinen" into meaning just "battle anime/manga" because the genre is way too broad. Berserk, Dorohedoro and Oyasumi Punpun are all seinen but they're all vastly different in terms of structure and narrative. Going off my assumption I'm just going to assume you want something with fight scenes. Anything by Togashi is great, you can either read or watch Yu Yu Hakushou or Hunter x Hunter. Watching HxH 1999 will make you more cultured. Casshern Sins is more philosophical with a lot of talking but the fight scenes are fun and it's gorgeous. Trigun is just an obligatory recommendation. Houseki no Kuni rocks and could possibly fit the fembrained thing more than anything else but I cannot for the life of me think of anything else that fits that descriptor.
