GTA 5 start/map lag

When I’m driving at fast speed and I press the start button the start menu and map have some type of lag. On the ps4 it doesn’t have this problem.

Anyone know how to fix them?

Not true, GTA V is very well optimized, I could run in with above minimum settings, mostly just AA turned off, on my 840m.
