i'm a realtor and this guy has been the biggest pain in the a$$ i've ever had to deal with. I've visited the property multiple times to help him prepare it for sale and then he instead listed on craigslist and ghosted me. can i get some friendly help marking his clist post as spam? this guy has stiffed me on commission in 2 other deals. such a rotten fellow.
