Is there any kind of product that acts as pc case fan hub but allows you to control each fan speed individually. There's plenty of fan hubs out they but they all make it so each fan runs at one single speed read out by the motherboard.

I'm looking for a hub/extension to add more fans to my case but allow them to be individually controlled still so I can avoid same RPM resonance.
