Only thing is, like replying to early, it's a bit cringe and off-putting when I see a thread where half the posts are obviously OP, so I think good replies might only get you so far overall. Might be correlation rather than cause though.
And yeah I'd agree making a redundant thread is a bit of a classic blunder. I usually just hijack an existing thread if it already exists anyway, less work.
