So a bad storm blew my window open and it rained basically right into my desktop a few days ago. I was gone when it happened so I don't know exactly how much but a good bit of water got onto my motherboard and into my power supply. Thankfully it was off when it happened. Retardedly started taking it apart to dry when I turned it on. A small amount of steam (or maybe smoke idk) came from the mobo before I hit the switch on the power supply. Fast forward a few days of letting it dry I put it back together and tried to turn it on. I flipped the power on the PSU and my keyboard lit up for a few seconds then off, like it usually does. I pressed the power button and it looked like it was starting for about a quarter of a second before I heard a small pop and everything went off. Small scent of smoke coming from the power supply but nothing else. Flipped the switch on the power supply again and haven't touched it since, looking into a new PSU.

Is my current/previous PSU
The question is: I'm 99% sure the problem was the power supply but how can I be sure everything else is alright? I'm going to get a new PSU tomorrow but I'm scared I'll just fry something else. What's the best way to test that my computer will survive?
