As a kid I watched this show on Sprout I think that had a paper stop-motion art style like South Park, and it was about 2 sisters that would do things that kids do. In one episode they make the sun out of french fries or something, and in another they talk about the beautiful colors of fall, and that would play frequently between commercials during fall.
