I'm looking for I anime. I think it was mid 00's anime or maybe early 10's. It was a shonen anime about fights in a school. Protagonist arrives at school and he thinks he's hot shit but everyone in the school is stronger than him. I remember one scene where he tries to fight someone and the other guy stops his punch with chopsticks.

I think the main girl had a brother who went insane and killed his family or something like that (no, not Itachi Uchiha).
