Is there a way to make the 'content aware scale' edit without using photoshop? Every tutorial uses photoshop and a link to tumblr, but I don't have photoshop.
I already have editing software, but don't know if you can do this within the software or in something like gimp.
Can I make this edit within Vegas Pro or gimp?
