Why is it said a broken neck is instant and "painless". I frequently hear something like "the victim broke their neck, they died instantly and painlessly" when I think that is a blatant lie??? Is your brain not 100% intact even if you break your neck? Wouldnt you still be working and cause you to be still awake while you slowly suffocate as you can not control your lungs anymore and your heart stops working? That does not sound instant to me let alone painless.
