been fucking around with webmconverter, cropping and resizing, but i'm not satisfied with what i keep getting (e.g blurry <3mb for wsr.webm)

well I'm not that clever
but here's a webm I made with 2 pass crf 40 at 800x450
it's actually 6.03MB so it went over by just a hair and can't be used, but it looks like OP already got what he needed so no point in redoing
