Hey /wsr/, I need a bit of help and I'm kind of confused. I'm a Galaxy A71 user and I'm trying to take scrolling screenshots, but there's a problem.

Sure, I'm able to take screenshots without issue, it's just that every time I do so, this message pops up telling me that Samsung Capture can't access media files. I've tried doing what I think I'm being told to do here, but everything I did had no effect and this message still remains every time I take a screenshot.

Am I doing something wrong here?
