I'm doing Na2B4O7->Na2B2O4+B2O3 via pyrolasis in a borosilicate cup
Then B2O3+HCl->H2O+BCl3 in a cold place, prob. a field at night so it stays a liquid,
Then substitute B into diesel.
I have some old corona masks and other standard equipment, but can the BCl3 evaporate, alike to HCl?
Are there other things to do to stay safe?
Could moisture in the air steal some BCl3 and turn it into B(OH)3?
Does anyone have experience handling it to give me tips?
When//Will the boron enriched diesel turn solid?(or should I get jetfuel/heavyer alkanes?, it's the only thing I haven't bought)
