Recently upgraded my PC and I've been experiencing issues with it. Whenever I'm using non-gaming apps (spotify, web browser, discord, etc.), at random times, my mouse will stop highlighting icons, then stop moving altogether. The screen will turn then black for a few seconds, and then everything will come back on, everything else working fine. This occurs over the course of 5-10 seconds and can happen multiple times in a row, just a few seconds apart.
This doesn't happen during gaming, only low-stress apps. I did a memory diagnostic and it came back with no issues.
How can I resolve these issues? Because it happens with non-gaming apps I *think* it might have something to do with the integrated graphics card on my motherboard, but I don't know how to change it so that all my processes go off of my installed GPU
I've already tried disabling the integrated card (makes the performance on desktop way worse), increasing the power usage of my PC, and checking for any issues with my memory. No dice.
PC Parts:
ASUS ROG STRIX B650-A Gaming Wifi Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 9 7900X CPU
Geforce RTX 3060 Ti GPU
Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR5 RAM
Corsair RM750e PSU
