There's usually at least 1 character per game that some people would consider feminine (enough, or the game has dialogue which suggests so. example: Rosado), specially later on after Awakening, although I don't like the artstyle of the newer games as much.
I recommend scrolling through character lists and seeing if you like what you see, even if it might spoil the game a bit for you:
