Fastest way to make thousands of AI text generation requests?

I want to make 12,000 - 24,000 AI text generation requests. The models on the market have a cap on daily requests so this will take a long time to accomplish, and local AI models like Dolphin-Llama3 are slow. I don't care about cost, just time.

Does anyone know the easiest or fastest way to get this done?
