If its the right section, I appeal to swarm memory - I started reading a manga/manhwa and cant recall the name anymore (image not related).
What I remember:
1. Artstyle is unusual, like water colors
2. Was a story about rebelling captain of emperors guards
3. He rebelled after finding out about brain parasites used to control the guards
4. After emperor killed him, he was "reset in time" to his time at military academy
5. He is trying to learn something like "dragon breath" technique
I hope somebody recognizes it.
