It's corny I know but I remember seeing an image (or maybe it was a gif or a short clip) like this:
If it was an image then it was vertical strip of a few images. From first person perspective in some crowded market street you see a guy on a bike or scooter is passing by, and behind him sits a dog who looks at you, and then as he's driving further away you turn back to keep looking at the dog and the dog likewise turns it's head/body to keep looking at you with a kind of yearning. The picture is captioned something along the lines of
>Have you ever randomly met a stranger with whom you felt an instant deep connection, but you knew you will never see them again?
or something like that.
