I would like to find a solution that allows me to quickly, in bulk, download all images & video files from desuarchive threads, if possible also automatically create a subfolder for that thread

Alt + click instantly downloads an image. I know it's not what you asked, but might be a good plan B

I have an estimate of between 60k and 80k images to download, theres no way I'm doing that manually, click by click

It doesn't know that desuarchive is a thing, so it skips the first easy step. Find a thread URL, hit crtl+c. Normally you'd be done there, but you need to click File > Analyze text with links
