I saw a scene from a kung fu movie where we see the cameraman.
Since it's all carefully choreographed, the cameraman also has to know exactly where to stand, and when he's filming the action and the two actors fighting get atop a wooden structure, we notice that the choreography wasn't well designed because the actors shift the position of the structure, it goes up and hits the cameraman right on the nuts.
