I’m looking for a screenshot of a post from 4chan, I think it’s from /b/, I first saw it around 2014 but the actual post could be earlier. The post describes eating the fear out of a child’s head, adrenochrome stuff but before it was super widely known about. In the post the OP describes terrorizing a child and then eating its pineal gland I think, he describes it in a lot of detail and says it tastes sweet. I feel like the OP pic in the image is describing was similar to picrel, though it very well may have been just any black and white manga type image, perhaps one of a child.
