hi everyone

i have some very important files that i was transferring from windows 11 to windows 10. i'm retarded so i ended up just zipping up the entire folder, including some video files, and it amounted to a roughly 100GB .zip file. i opened it up on the usb drive and it looked fine but the next time i tried opening it, i got error about the zip file being invalid or not being able to find the "next volume" of the file even though it was only ever a single file. i can see a few of the files so it's not 100% gone but 95% of it isn't there

i know i severely fucked up at multiple stages already but please help me rectify this. i don't know how to fix the zip file and i don't know who or what i should look to to help me fix it
