sorry I only remember this one panel from it, and a little story.
Its about a mysterious yandere girl obsessives staling a typical looser protagonist, it has some minor guro elements like the train thing and some teeth pulling I think.
there might be a moment in the story where the protagonist is on a tree spying on the yandere pulling some guys teeth out.
it is not ecchi or overly explicit I think
