I experimented with it in an attempt to stop youtube spamming out pajeet videos in my searches
I used a wildcard in its settings to block any videos containing hindi characters. This worked well.
I'd imagine you could do similar using common terms for video games
It also enables permanent blocking of any channel. If youtube is just spamming you the same one or two channels constantly that could be a solution.
Can also turn off all youtube shorts from ever appearing which is a big help.
