So I got a new PC and the internet stability is so awful that I can't even download anything.

I'm using my old adapter that receives 2.4ghz (pic related)

I know it's not the internet problem because on my laptop it works fine. Nothing else is connected.

What could be the issue? This adapter worked fine on my previous PC.
