I'm trying to figure out a fix for the win 10 settings app. Whenever I click on Display settings, the app crashes. If I try to open display settings by right-clicking on my desktop, the app crashes. I've tried the command line prompts below to no effect:
Fix 2 Command: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name windows.immersivecontrolpanel | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose}
Fix 2 Command1: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Fix 2 Command2: sfc /scannow
I used to have Windows Explorer Patch installed but uninstalling it didn't change anything either. I'm running the following version of Windows 10:
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on 6/22/2023
OS build 19045.5011
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0
How can I get my display settings back?
