My laptop sounds like it is full of bees for several minutes after I turn it on. It's like the fan (I assume that's what is making that sound) goes nuts for no reason since the computer's ventilation area and the laptop in general aren't particularly hot, or not hot at all. This makes no sense. What could possibly be causing this?
