I'm recovering from an eating disorder and I want to regain the muscle mass I lost from starving myself. Thing is, my dumb eating disorder brain is going to tweak out about counting reps/sets and I'll get obsessive about it and drive myself nuts.
What're some workouts/exercise plans I can do that will build muscle without counting shit?
