There is a touhou MMD featuring Okina (or Yukari). The audio is from the show The Amazing World of Gumball where the line "How to brainwash" is said in the context of brainwashing children. The video features Okina getting teleported to jail after saying the aforementioned sentence. After getting sent to jail, Okina is asked a question that i forget, and she answers with "I followed the advice online!"
