I tried factory resetting my PC a few days ago. When it finished resetting and began to power on, it got stuck in an infinite loop of blue screening and restarting and blue screening and restarting. I read somewhere that removing and resetting the RAM sticks could help, but I did that and now when it tries to boot, the fan just runs at a constant frequency infinitely and the display doesn’t detect any input. I tried everything with the RAM sticks and nothing changed. Oddly enough nothing changes at all even with both sticks removed.

Any clue on how I fucked it and how I can unfuck it without paying someone to do it for me?
